**Onion:** 1 medium-sized (Finely chopped)
**Ginger and Garlic:** 1 teaspoon each (Finely minced)
**Green Chilies:** 2 (Finely chopped)
**Soy Sauce:** 1 tablespoon
**Vinegar:** 1 teaspoon
**Black Pepper Powder:** ½ teaspoon

**Steps to Prepare Paneer Fried Rice**
Begin by heating a small amount of oil in a pan or wok. Add the cubed paneer and sauté until it achieves a light golden color. This step ensures the paneer becomes crispy and maintains its shape when mixed with the rice. Once done, remove the paneer and set it aside on a plate.
Next, pour in another 2 tablespoons of oil into the same wok (Chinese dishes are typically cooked over high heat, so keep the flame high). Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for about 10–15 seconds to release a delightful aroma.
