Recipe for Falahari Potato-Paneer Tikki

**Falahari Potato-Paneer Tikki**
This tikki is crafted from *Sattvic* ingredients such as potatoes and paneer, providing excellent nourishment. Here’s how to prepare it:

Ingredients Needed

**Ingredients**
250g Paneer (cottage cheese)
4-5 Boiled potatoes
2 Finely chopped green chilies
1 Bowl yogurt (curd)
5-6 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
2-3 tbsp roasted peanuts
3/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Pomegranate seeds
Rock salt (*Sendha Namak*) to taste
1 tsp Oil

Preparation Method

**Method**
To create the *Falahari* Potato-Paneer Tikki, begin by grating the paneer and boiled potatoes. Crush the roasted peanuts into small pieces using a mortar and pestle. Combine the crushed peanuts, chopped green chilies, and coriander leaves with the grated paneer and potato mixture. Then, add black pepper powder and rock salt to taste. Shape the mixture into balls and flatten them into patties (*tikkis*).

Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with a few drops of oil. Once warm, place the tikkis on the pan. Cook until they turn a light golden color on one side, then flip to cook the other side. Optionally, you can apply a tiny amount of oil on top of the tikkis.

When both sides are golden and slightly crispy, remove the tikkis from the pan and set them on a plate.

Serving Suggestions

Whisk the yogurt and add a pinch of sugar for sweetness. For a green chutney, mix finely chopped coriander with black pepper and rock salt. Serve the tikkis topped with yogurt, green chutney, and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.
