Cheetah Population in India

Currently, India is home to 32 cheetahs, with 19 of them born within the country. Presently, these magnificent creatures can be found in only two locations, with plans to expand their habitats in the future. The two wildlife sanctuaries housing cheetahs are located in Madhya Pradesh, where cheetah safaris are available at one of the sites.
