The much-anticipated trailer for Awarapan 2 was released on Thursday, marking the return of Emraan Hashmi as Shivam Pandit nearly two decades after the original film became a cult classic. Directed by Nitin Kakkar and produced by Vishesh Films, this sequel is scheduled to hit theaters globally on August 14, 2026.

A Darker Journey for Shivam

This new trailer reveals a more intense chapter in Shivam’s life, depicting his struggle for redemption, love, and a perilous return to the criminal underworld. The character, who previously faced his inner turmoil in the 2007 installment, is back with a fierce determination and a quest for justice.
