Preparations for the wedding are already underway. Rohan's family organized a Mata Ki Chowki on June 21, which saw Anshula's half-sisters, Janhvi and Khushi, along with cousin Shanaya Kapoor, donning traditional attire for the celebration. Anshula later shared her thoughts on the evening, describing it as filled with blessings and dance, and mentioned her choice of a Phulkari dupatta as a nod to her Punjabi heritage.

On June 23, both Boney Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor took to social media to commemorate the occasion. Arjun's post reflected the emotional aspect of witnessing a sibling embark on a new journey, while Boney shared a collection of family photos from the Chowki event.

Anshula and Rohan's love story began on a dating app, where they first met. Rohan proposed to Anshula during a trip to New York last July, choosing the picturesque Central Park as the backdrop. They celebrated their engagement in October at a gathering in Mumbai, attended by the extended Kapoor family, including Sonam and Rhea Kapoor.
