The Indian Embassy in the United States shared on social media that, "Foreign Secretary Shri Vikram Misri met Director FBI Mr. Kash Patel today. Both had a useful exchange of views on the robust India-U.S. cooperation in countering terrorism, organized crime, and narcotics."

Vikram Misri is currently on a three-day official visit to the United States, where he has also met with several high-ranking officials, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

This visit follows the recent agreement by the U.S. to a ceasefire with Iran, which has brought a temporary halt to the conflict that erupted on February 28 due to Tehran's refusal to relinquish its nuclear arsenal.
