Dubai: In light of rising tensions in the Gulf region, the Indian Embassy in Muscat announced on Thursday that it is actively monitoring a situation involving a ship near Oman’s Shinas port that occurred earlier in the day.


The embassy shared an update on X, stating, "We have learned of an incident involving a vessel off Shinas port of Oman earlier today. We are closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with local authorities for further details."
