It is believed that a portion of Iran's highly enriched uranium is located at this site, which the US has indicated it might attempt to seize using ground forces.

As reported by a US official in The Wall Street Journal, American forces utilized 2,000-pound bunker buster bombs to strike an ammunition depot in Isfahan. The official noted that a substantial number of penetrator munitions were deployed during the attack. The video shared by Trump appears to depict a significant strike near Isfahan, showcasing large fireballs and secondary explosions typical of igniting ammunition.
