During a press conference, when questioned about Israel's willingness to conclude the war simultaneously with the US, Trump affirmed, “I think so, yes.” He elaborated, “We desire similar outcomes. Our goal? Victory. That’s what we both want.”

Regarding military actions, Trump claimed, “We’ve decimated [Iran's] navy, air force, and anti-aircraft capabilities. From a military perspective, they’re done.” He referenced operations under “Operation Epic Fury,” describing their effects as significant.


Strategic Importance of the Strait of Hormuz

On the topic of the Strait of Hormuz, Trump indicated that reopening this vital waterway would necessitate collaboration with other nations, emphasizing that the task cannot be managed unilaterally. He pointed out NATO's role, stating, “NATO has not been as supportive as they should be regarding the strait, especially since they rely heavily on energy from it.”
