Indian traveler Sanjeev Mehta, who is currently stranded at the airport, described the atmosphere as chaotic and filled with anxiety. He stated, "I came to Abu Dhabi for a friend's party, and now we are stuck here. Alarms have been going off, and reports indicate that missiles have landed nearby. There have been missile attacks as well." Mehta noted an increased security presence, mentioning that national guards have taken control of the airport, creating a sense of disorder. He added that while local visitors are gradually leaving, security personnel are advising everyone to remain inside the airport as all flights have been suspended.

'I'm Kind of Stuck'

Another traveler, Will Varadhan from Chicago, shared his predicament as he was in transit back to the United States after visiting India. "I left Chennai this morning without any issues, but now I find myself stuck here in Abu Dhabi," he explained. Varadhan expressed confusion about the situation, stating, "I understand there is bombing occurring, and the status of my flight is uncertain. Authorities have indicated it might still be on schedule, but the reality is unclear. My flight is set to depart at midnight, so I hope operations resume soon, but it remains uncertain."
