The media outlet emphasized that Pakistan is actively engaged in extensive ground and aerial operations to counter the unprovoked actions of the Afghan Taliban.

While PTV typically cites unnamed security sources for its reports on attacks in Afghanistan, it referenced The New York Times for details regarding the Bagram strike.

According to reports, the Pakistani assault resulted in the destruction of an aircraft hangar and two warehouses at Bagram Air Base, with satellite imagery corroborating these claims.

Afghanistan's Ministry of Defence has also acknowledged the airstrike, noting that Pakistan has conducted over 50 airstrikes targeting military installations in Afghanistan within the past week.

In a separate development, sources revealed that Pakistani security forces executed targeted strikes on Afghan Taliban defense positions along the Balochistan border during the night of March 3-4, focusing on hideouts and posts used by outlawed groups and their supporters.

Security sources reported that over 50 locations were targeted using advanced weaponry, including anti-tank guided missiles, rocket launchers, long-range mortars, heavy artillery, and main battle tanks.

Additionally, a source indicated that swarm drones are being deployed for coordinated operations, effectively targeting specific objectives in conjunction with ground forces.
