According to a report by The Oregonian, an anonymous tip sent to the FBI mentioned Kyron Horman in relation to alleged child trafficking activities in Thornhill, Ontario, Canada. This document, identified as EFTA01244952, is dated September 7, 2019, and consists of two pages.

The tip also referenced other notable missing children, including Madeleine McCann and Haleigh Cummings, asserting that their disappearances were associated with what the informant described as a widespread Day Care/Adoption network operating in Thornhill. The tipster claimed to have seen Epstein in the area with his hair dyed brown. It was noted that several names within the document were misspelled.

Furthermore, the sender alleged that this purported Canadian network was involved in money laundering and financial transactions linked to what was termed the 'Epstein/Clinton Foundation,' claiming that funds were associated with Anthony Rodham through an accountant named Stephen Ross of Windstar Equities. However, no public evidence has been presented that connects Epstein to Kyron Horman's disappearance, and these allegations remain unverified.
