Tel Aviv: Following the death of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei due to coordinated strikes by the US and Israel, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed his long-standing desire to deliver a decisive blow to the Iranian regime, a goal he has pursued for four decades. He emphasized that this conflict is crucial for Israel's "existence and future." Netanyahu acknowledged the vital support from the United States during this military operation against Iran, stating, "We are engaged in a campaign where we are deploying the full strength of the IDF as never before to secure our existence and future. Additionally, we have the backing of the United States, my friend, President Donald Trump, and the US military," he remarked. "This alliance empowers us to achieve what I have aspired to do for 40 years—deliver a significant strike against the terrorist regime. That is my promise, and we will fulfill it," he added.

Netanyahu indicated that Israel's offensive against Iran would persist, stating, "I just finished a meeting with the Minister of Defense, the Chief of Staff, and the head of the Mossad. I have given orders to continue our campaign against the Iranian regime."
