Iran's Judiciary Chief Issues Stark Warning Amid US-Israeli Airstrike Tensions

In a recent statement, Iran's judiciary chief, Gholam Hosseini Mohseni Ejehei, issued a grave warning to those supporting the US-Israeli airstrike campaign against Iran. He indicated that such support could lead to severe consequences, including the death penalty for those convicted of cooperating with what he termed the enemy. This warning comes in the wake of heightened tensions and a crackdown on dissent following nationwide protests earlier this year. Ejehei's remarks underscore the Iranian government's stance on national security and its intolerance for perceived collaboration with foreign powers.

Iran's Judiciary Chief Issues Dire Threats

Dubai: On Wednesday, Gholam Hosseini Mohseni Ejehei, the head of Iran's judiciary, issued a stern warning to anyone expressing support for the ongoing US-Israeli airstrike operations targeting Iran.

In an interview broadcasted on Iranian state television, he indicated that individuals detained for such support could face severe penalties, including the death penalty, as aiding an enemy can lead to capital punishment upon conviction.

Ejehei emphasized that cases related to the recent unrest are being prioritized, referencing the violent suppression of nationwide protests in January. He stated that those who assist the enemy in any capacity will be treated as adversaries.

He further declared that individuals who align their actions or words with the interests of the United States and the Zionist regime are considered enemies and will be dealt with according to revolutionary Islamic principles, especially in a time of war.
