Prosecutors Decide Against Death Penalty for Nick Reiner

On Tuesday, prosecutors revealed that they will not pursue the death penalty for Nick Reiner, who is accused of murdering his parents, actor-director Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner. The couple was tragically killed in their Los Angeles home late last year.

Nick Reiner, aged 32, was charged with first-degree murder on December 16, just two days following the shocking incident that claimed the lives of his parents, aged 78 and 70. A grand jury indictment earlier this summer suggested that he had premeditated the attack.
