Exciting Updates from Akshay Kumar's New Project

Mumbai: Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan have successfully completed the filming schedule in Kerala for their upcoming project directed by Anees Bazmee.

Taking to Instagram, Akshay shared a delightful photo featuring himself alongside co-stars Vidya Balan and Raashii Khanna.

He captioned the post, "Keralam schedule wrapped! Nothing beats working with good people in a beautiful place (sic)."

Expressing his appreciation for Bazmee, the Airlift star remarked, "Big love to our director Anees Bazmee for the madness behind the camera and to my incredible co-stars Vidya & Raashii and the entire crew! This one’s been special."

Earlier in April, Akshay had shared that he was heading to Kerala for this untitled drama.

He posted a video of himself boarding a plane with Vidya, excited for their journey.

The duo was seen walking hand in hand as Akshay assisted Vidya into the aircraft.

"Next stop: God’s own country, the magical Keralam (Palm tree and aeroplane emojis). Anees Bazmi’s next is my fourth film with the ever fabulous @balanvidya, and I hope the good luck charm of our jodi continues," Akshay wrote on the platform.

To jog your memory, Akshay and Vidya have previously starred together in successful films like Heyy Babyy (2007), Bhool Bhulaiyaa (2007), and Mission Mangal (2019).

In addition, Akshay is reuniting with Bazmee after a significant break of 15 years. The pair has previously collaborated on hits such as Singh Is Kinng (2008), Welcome (2007), and Thank You (2011).

Recently, Raashii Khanna was pleasantly surprised by Vidya on set.
