The filmmakers have taken a significant step by ensuring that Aakhri Sawal is accessible to a broader audience through the use of sign language from its theatrical release date. The film, which stars Neetu Chandra alongside Sanjay Dutt, draws inspiration from the century-long history of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). It has been produced by a team that includes Sanjay, Nikhil, Puneet Nanda, Dr. Deepak Singh, Gaurav Dubey, and Ujjwal Anand, with Utkarsh Naithani handling the story, screenplay, and dialogues. Originally set for a May 15 release, the film's debut has been moved up by a week.
