Almost 20 years after the passing of Michael Jackson, his famous companion, the chimpanzee Bubbles, continues to intrigue the public. Once a staple by the King of Pop's side, Bubbles now enjoys a serene life away from the limelight. Jackson adopted him from a Texas research facility during the 1980s, and he quickly became a worldwide sensation, accompanying the pop star on tours, attending public events, and even traveling internationally. Bubbles was notably present at meetings in Japan and was treated as part of Jackson's close-knit circle.

In his early days, Bubbles resided with Jackson at Neverland Ranch, where he reportedly slept in a crib next to the singer.
