Vin Diesel's Excitement for 'Fast Forever'


Los Angeles: Vin Diesel has expressed his admiration for the script of Fast Forever, declaring it the finest he has encountered in many years.


On Saturday, Diesel took to Instagram to share a trailer for The Fast and the Furious, discussing the upcoming chapter in the beloved franchise. Directed by Louis Leterrier, this film will see Diesel return as Dominic Toretto.


Scheduled for release on March 17, 2028, this installment marks the conclusion of the Fast and the Furious saga. Alongside Diesel, the cast includes Michelle Rodriguez as Letty Ortiz and Tyrese Gibson as Roman, among others.


In his post, Diesel hinted at the excitement surrounding the franchise, stating, "You have no idea… When March 17th, 2028 arrives, you will be grateful to see the first one in theaters this summer."


He further shared, "I just read the Fast Forever script by Mike Leslie. It is the best script I have read in decades. I am still crying."


The franchise kicked off with The Fast and the Furious in 2001, followed by several sequels including 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003), The Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift (2006), and more, culminating in Fast X in 2023.


In addition to the Fast and the Furious series, Diesel is also set to appear in xXx 4 and Riddick Furya, among other projects.
