Varun Dhawan's recent film, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, has shown promising results at the box office. After experiencing a decline in ticket sales on Saturday, the comedy directed by David Dhawan rebounded significantly on Sunday (June 7). Day 3 Box Office Collection Insights

As per preliminary estimates from industry sources, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai garnered approximately Rs 8.75 crore on its third day. Sunday proved to be a fortuitous day for the film, which features Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde as the leading ladies. Recent box office data indicates a 20.7% increase in earnings on Sunday, with the film earning Rs 1.50 crore more than on Saturday. On its third day, the film had a 20% occupancy rate in theaters, leading to a total collection of Rs 23.50 crore over its opening weekend in India. Interestingly, the film also saw an uptick in its global earnings on day 3, with worldwide collections reaching Rs 33.70 crore. However, it still faces a significant challenge in the upcoming weekdays. The film is competing against Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor's pan-India release, Peddi, which debuted on June 4.
