The second Civil Investiture Ceremony is scheduled for June 23, 2026, during which an additional 65 notable figures, including celebrated actors like Mammootty and R Madhavan, will receive their Padma Awards. Additionally, the late actor Satish Shah will be posthumously recognized with a Padma award during this event. In total, the President has sanctioned 131 Padma Awards, comprising five Padma Vibhushan, 13 Padma Bhushan, and 113 Padma Shri accolades.
