A New Mythological Journey Begins

Mumbai, May 22, 2026 – The much-anticipated mythological drama, "Hastinapur Ke Veer," is set to debut on Sony SAB on June 2 at 9 PM. This series will take viewers through the legendary tales of the Pandavas and Kauravas, focusing on their early lives, complex relationships, and the rivalries that defined their fates. Coinciding with National Brothers Day on May 24, the young cast members, who portray these legendary figures, reflect on the strong connections they have developed while bringing this epic narrative to life.

As fans gear up for this grand adventure, the young actors playing the Pandavas—Athar Khan as Yudhishthir, Subhash as Bheem, Urva Savaliya as Arjun, Harit Gabani as Nakul, and Mayank Yadav as Sahdev—along with the Kauravas, Ayudh Bhanushali as Duryodhan and Shaurya Upadhyay as Dushasan, share their experiences of how their on-screen sibling relationships have blossomed into real friendships. Their time spent together, from rehearsing intense scenes to long hours on set, has created a familial environment filled with joy, laughter, and mutual encouragement.

Urva Savaliya, who takes on the role of Arjun, shared her excitement about the camaraderie with her co-stars, saying, "One of the best parts of filming is the time we spend together on set. We rehearse scenes, assist each other during action sequences, and enjoy ourselves between takes. Sometimes, we forget we’re acting because our connection feels so genuine." She highlighted the significance of teamwork and the friendships that have flourished during their collaboration.

Athar Khan, who plays Yudhishthir, expressed similar feelings, stating, "Portraying brothers on screen has been incredibly enjoyable, as we have all grown very close in real life. We spend so much time together daily that it feels like we are one big family." He emphasized the playful environment on set, where the cast engages in games and supports each other, ensuring everyone performs at their best.

Subhash, who plays Bheem, added, "Whenever someone feels tired or anxious before a scene, we all rally to lift each other’s spirits. We rehearse, share meals, and even compete in games during our downtime." Ayudh Bhanushali, who portrays Duryodhan, noted the irony of their on-screen conflict, saying, "Despite the rivalry between Duryodhan and the Pandavas in the story, off-screen we are all great friends." With their strong off-screen bonds, the cast is eager to showcase their authentic brotherly connection on screen. Don't miss "Hastinapur Ke Veer," premiering June 2, airing Monday to Saturday at 9 PM on Sony SAB.
