Shah emphasized that neither the film nor his team holds any negative sentiments towards Kerala or its residents, describing the state as a beautiful and 'God-loving' place. He stated in Hindi that if any issues arise in the state, their goal is to highlight and address them. He assured viewers that the film does not portray Kerala or its people negatively, stating, "If you watch the film, you will see that we have not said anything bad about Kerala or its people. This film reveals the actions of certain criminals, some of whom are from Kerala, while others are from Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Hence, we titled it The Kerala Story 2 Goes Beyond." Shah expressed confidence that audiences will recognize the film's intent is not to cast Kerala in a poor light. He also noted that the lifting of the stay order by the Kerala court serves as a testament to the film's credibility and expressed his gratitude to the court.
