She mentioned, “Sushant joined Pavitra Rishta at the end of June, and by September, they were dating. It was surprising how quickly they connected. By September, they were living together, sharing a flat and a car, and they openly expressed their love for each other.”
She added, “They would argue over trivial matters but always made up quickly. Their love was evident.”

When discussing her role as a negative character in Pavitra Rishta, Suwati explained that Manjusha was not purely negative but rather a complex character. She shared, “I received a call from Balaji for the role. During the narration, Ekta Kapoor assured me that my character was unique and not just a villain. I owe much of the character's popularity to Ravindra Gautam, who directed the show. My entry scene was filmed multiple times to get it right.”
Suwati expressed her fondness for her co-stars, stating, “I miss everyone from the show, especially Savita Prabhune ji, who has been like a mother and mentor to me. I still keep in touch with Parag Desai, Ankita Lokhande, and others. We spent 4.5 years together, practically living as a family.”
