He expressed optimism that filming could wrap up by September, with a possibility of extending into October. Rajamouli stated, “Maybe a little bit into October, we should be finishing shooting.”

He expressed enthusiasm about IMAX theaters reopening in Hyderabad just in time for Varanasi, highlighting the city's passion for cinema.
