Ustaad Bhagat Singh's Box Office Collection On Day 11
Ustaad Bhagat Singh had a strong opening week, accumulating Rs 65.95 crore. It started with an impressive Rs 34.75 crore on its first day, achieving a 69% occupancy rate across 4,607 shows. However, by Day 7, the earnings had dipped to Rs 1.35 crore with an 18% occupancy. Director's Perspective on Competition
Despite the competition from Dhurandhar: The Revenge, directed by Aditya Dhar, Ustaad Bhagat Singh has managed to sustain its performance. Director Harish Shankar expressed his admiration for Aditya Dhar, particularly after watching Uri. He acknowledged that while Dhurandhar poses a strong challenge, both films cater to different genres and audiences. Shankar emphasized that the timing of the releases was a collective decision, and he believes that during festive seasons, there is ample opportunity for multiple major films to thrive simultaneously in theatres across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
