This is exactly what happened to Sonal Chauhan, known for her roles in films like *Jannat*, *3G*, and *Adipurush*. She has always been a fan of the web series *Mirzapur*, which features actors like Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, and Divyenndu Sharma.


Sonal's Role in *Mirzapur: The Movie*

With the announcement of a feature film titled *Mirzapur: The Movie*, Sonal has secured a role, even though she did not appear in the original series. Reflecting on her experience, she expressed, "Being part of this film was incredible for me, as I am a huge admirer of *Mirzapur*. I have watched every season and never thought I would actually join the *Mirzapur* universe. The team made me feel completely at ease, and we filmed with a lot of joy and enthusiasm. I believe the audience will love it just as much as we did."


Sonal's Favorite Character

When asked about her favorite character from the series, Sonal mentioned, "Kaleen Bhaiya, Munna, and Guddu are my top three. If I had to choose one, it would definitely be Munna, as he has so many unique and complex layers."


Shooting in Varanasi

Sonal also participated in the filming schedule in Varanasi. Sharing her thoughts on the location, she said, "Banaras is one of my favorite places on Earth. I have a deep faith in Lord Shiva. I have filmed in Kashi before, and I always make it a point to visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple when I am there.



This time was no different. Banaras is one of the oldest cities globally and holds a sacred significance. Anyone who visits is truly fortunate. I had a fantastic experience there, from filming to exploring the city, enjoying local cuisine, and praying at the Vishwanath Temple."
