Insights on Their Relationship
Shiv Thakare Discusses Prince Narula's Generosity
In his conversation with Zoom, Shiv remarked, “Before the show began, it was clear that Prince, who is like a brother to me, wouldn’t compete in the finale. Everyone has their own approach. If it wasn’t me, it would have been someone else. I made it to that stage, while others did not. That’s our brotherhood. In many reality shows, people often make empty promises, but witnessing genuine actions is fulfilling. There’s no fear involved; he’s experienced in reality shows.”
Reflections on Competition and Respect
Shiv Thakare on Competition Dynamics
When asked if Prince’s strong personality overshadowed him, Shiv responded, “If you didn’t want to be part of an alliance, you could have played solo. Many chose to play alongside him. I received the respect I needed and formed my own group. While he played aggressively, I took a more subdued approach. I never solicited votes or assistance. If someone else is earning more, why should I feel insecure? Shiv Thakare and Prince Narula have distinct personalities. I would never infringe on someone else’s rights. We are both secure individuals, and everything was fine. If my brother is achieving something, I wouldn’t feel envious. I aimed for the audience's love and respect, and I could have displayed aggression, but I opted not to.”
