During her candid conversation, Shilpa expressed, "I was being harassed. There was no need for anyone to inform others about me. Now that I am standing up, I am doing so with honesty. I had no other option. I was burdened with blame worth crores. The show continued, but I was not allowed to work."

The actress revealed that she felt isolated, with the entire industry seemingly against her. Yet, she remained resilient. "Because no one was there to support me," she noted. Shilpa emphasized the significance of sharing the feelings of a decent person when faced with false accusations.

"Legally, I was being mistreated. If a self-respecting woman were in my position, I would have left my name behind. But if I had taken my own life, everyone would have moved on in four days, labeling me a coward," she reflected.

As the discussion continued, Shilpa recalled being accused of demanding money and clothing despite her years of dedication to the industry. She described the humiliation she faced, which led to her expulsion from CINTAA.

"After joining CINTAA, I was subjected to humiliation and expelled. I faced harassment at the lowest level. Hence, I left the show, and it was essential for me to clarify what defamation means and how it feels for a good person to be defamed. Legally, I had no other choice," she explained in Hindi.
