In a noteworthy real estate move, Pooja Gurnani, the long-time manager of superstar Shah Rukh Khan, along with her husband Hitesh Prakash Gurnani and father Mohan Seoram Dadlani, has made a substantial investment. Recent reports reveal that they have purchased three apartments in the upscale Bandra neighborhood of Mumbai for a combined total of Rs 38.21 crore. This information comes from property registration records analyzed by CRE Matrix. The apartments are located on Carter Road within a building named Varun, which is currently undergoing redevelopment.

According to the property documents, one of the apartments is registered under Pooja Gurnani’s name, while her husband and father have acquired the other two units separately. Each apartment boasts a carpet area of 1,511.15 sq ft, complemented by a balcony of 81.16 sq ft, bringing the total area of the three residences to 4,776 sq ft.

The transactions were officially recorded on April 21, 2026, with a stamp duty of Rs 2.16 crore and a registration fee of Rs 90,000. Additionally, the purchase includes six designated parking spaces. The building is still under construction, with possession expected by December 2028. According to CRE Matrix, this project is part of a larger redevelopment initiative, with the developer having acquired development rights from the Varun Co-operative Housing Society and currently reconstructing the property.

The second duplex was leased from producer Vashu Bhagnani for Rs 12.61 lakh per month, with a deposit of Rs 36 lakh.
