This sale wraps up Gomez's four-year stay in the custom-built residence, which was originally designed for rock icon Tom Petty. The estate spans approximately 11,500 square feet and is located on an acre of land in Encino, Los Angeles, an area also home to other celebrities like Vin Diesel.
