Mumbai, August 1: Singer and actress Selena Gomez is thrilled about the launch of her latest song “Te Olvido (La La),” a collaboration with her husband Benny Blanco and singer Becky G. She expressed that she "had an amazing time" working on the track with two of her favorite people.
On Instagram, Gomez shared a sneak peek of the music video, stating: “Te Olvido (La La) with @itsbennyblanco and @iambeckyg is out now. I love this song so much and had the best time making it with two people I adore. Hope you love it too.”
This song is part of Benny Blanco's forthcoming album, Hermoso, which is set to be released on August 14. The single, inspired by cumbia and Latin pop, honors Chicana culture and marks the first collaboration between Selena and Becky G.
Selena began her romantic relationship with record producer Benny Blanco in June 2023. After a period of speculation, she officially announced their engagement in December 2024, and the couple tied the knot on September 27, 2025.
Gomez's career began as a child actress on the children's show Barney & Friends, later becoming a teen sensation with Wizards of Waverly Place. She has released three albums: Kiss & Tell, A Year Without Rain, and When the Sun Goes Down.
Her film credits include Another Cinderella Story, Monte Carlo, Spring Breakers, and the Hotel Transylvania series, among others. Additionally, she has produced popular series like 13 Reasons Why, Selena + Chef, and Only Murders in the Building since 2021. Her accolades include an Actor Award, an American Music Award, a Billboard Music Award, a Cannes Film Festival Award, two MTV Video Music Awards, and 16 Guinness World Records.
Becky G, who gained fame with her debut single "Becky from the Block" and her EP Play It Again in 2013, found mainstream success in 2014 with the hit "Shower," which reached the top twenty on the US Billboard Hot 100. In 2016, she made her mark in the Latin music scene with her first full Spanish-language single, "Sola."
