When asked about her relationships with other contestants, Sana hinted at her discontent with certain individuals, stating, “I maintain contact with 90 percent of my fellow contestants from Bigg Boss OTT 3. However, there are a few I prefer not to associate with due to their body-shaming comments towards me.”
Her remarks were clearly directed at Armaan Malik and those who supported his behavior.

During their time in the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house, Armaan Malik made several remarks about Sana Sultan's appearance, her Urdu language skills, and her choice of footwear. When confronted, he stood by his comments and refused to apologize, leading to further tension. Ranvir Shorey attempted to mediate the situation but ended up labeling Sana as 'hyper-sensitive.' This incident left Sana feeling hurt, and she subsequently referred to Armaan as a 'hypocrite.'
