Salman Khan is gearing up to make his mark in the superhero genre, and the project is rapidly expanding. Directed by the acclaimed duo Raj & DK, known for their work on The Family Man and Farzi, this film has already generated significant buzz among fans. Latest Developments on Salman Khan's Superhero Project

The most exciting news regarding this film is the collaboration with Weta FX, the studio renowned for its stunning visual effects in blockbusters like The Avengers, The Batman, and The Last Of Us. Pre-production is in full swing, focusing on state-of-the-art visual effects, with filming slated to commence around October or November 2026. The narrative reportedly centers on an aging superhero who is drawn back into action due to unforeseen circumstances.

Atul Agnihotri is producing the film, and discussions are ongoing with Mythri Movie Makers to join as a studio partner. This project will mark the first collaboration between Salman Khan and the directors Raj & DK.

Kareena Kapoor Khan as the Female Lead?

Kareena Kapoor Khan is reportedly the leading candidate for the female lead, with sources indicating that she is in advanced discussions, although there has been no official announcement from either the production team or the actress herself. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju, SVC63 is set for a grand theatrical release on Eid 2027. The filmmakers are currently in talks to finalize the main antagonist, with Fahadh Faasil and Akshaye Khanna being strong contenders for the villain role.
