This led to a flurry of online speculation, with many viewers expressing concern and sending their best wishes for his well-being. However, Khan has since clarified that the incident was not a real medical crisis.

Setting the Record Straight

In a bid to clear the air, Khan took to social media to explain that his actions were a calculated move aimed at providing a reality check to contestant Qazi Touqeer. It completely undermines the purpose and makes it seem like I was mimicking Kazi's actions in the house. The pain was solely to demonstrate to Kazi that his behavior was inappropriate."

Additionally, the actor apologized for the misleading portrayal in the promo, recognizing that the editing style inadvertently caused unnecessary concern. He added, "I apologize on their behalf."
