Salman Khan's New Project with Vamshi Paidipally

Although Salman Khan's film Maatrubhumi does not have a confirmed release date, the actor is already gearing up for his next venture. The highly anticipated Bollywood debut of director Vamshi Paidipally, tentatively titled SVC 63, is set to commence filming in Mumbai on April 18, 2026. This project will feature Salman alongside Nayanthara, who made her Bollywood entry with Shah Rukh Khan in Jawan in 2023. Produced by Dil Raju, this untitled film is generating excitement not only for its star cast but also for its intriguing storyline.

Filming of SVC 63 Begins Soon

Since the announcement of the film on March 30, preparations have been progressing well. Paidipally shared on X (formerly Twitter) that shooting has officially started, with the auspicious 'muhurath' taking place on April 18 in Mumbai. He expressed his enthusiasm by stating, "It all begins today," and shared a clapboard image for the film. Additionally, it was confirmed that SVC 63 will be produced by Shirish and Kuldeep Rathore, with Ragul D Herian as the cinematographer.

This collaboration marks another instance of Salman working with directors from the South, having previously teamed up with Prabhu Deva, Priyadarshan, and AR Murugadoss on Sikandar last year. SVC 63 is expected to be significant not only for Vamshi Paidipally's Hindi film debut but also for the pairing of Salman and Nayanthara. Although both actors appeared in Chiranjeevi's Godfather (2022), they did not share screen time. Both stars are anticipated to attend the pooja ceremony to launch the film, which will be shot on a grand set constructed at SRPF Ground in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Details about the Hindi film remain scarce, but it has been hinted that Salman Khan will portray a unique character. The film is described as an action-packed yet emotional entertainer, with a release expected in the first half of 2027.
