Sabby emphasized that their relationship is purely platonic, rooted in friendship and mutual respect. "Dolly's statement is untrue. I read her claim about a love angle between Kushal and me, but what love angle? Did anyone actually witness any romantic connection? There was nothing of the sort. We never had late-night chats expressing feelings or shared intimate moments. We didn't even strategize together," she stated in an exclusive interview with ^{Telly Talk India.} Sabby elaborated on their camaraderie, saying, "We would engage in bhangra, perform gidda, or have light-hearted chats about nominations. Occasionally, I would jokingly call him 'Kushal ji.' It was all in good fun, and everyone was aware of that. I can't fathom where this alleged love angle originated. Kushal will be surprised to hear this once he exits the show, as nothing of that nature occurred."

I mentioned I prefer intelligent and tall guys, jokingly telling Kushal, 'You're not my type.' He responded by saying he doesn't date girls from the industry and would rather be with someone simple from outside it."
