In her latest post on X, she tagged the company, criticizing their reliance on chatbots that repeatedly assure customers about service restoration.

Power Outage Complaints from Rupali Ganguly

On Sunday morning (May 31) at 5:29 am, Rupali revealed that her building had been without electricity since the night before. She mentioned that not only her building but also two others were facing similar issues, with lights flickering sporadically. The actress remarked, “Your ineffective chatbots have been claiming the issue will be fixed in 34 minutes for the last 4 hours, and now they say there is no outage at all! And this is Mumbai @AdaniOnline.” She raised concerns about the quality of service in India’s financial capital, questioning how residents in smaller towns and villages must be managing under such circumstances.

Her post has sparked considerable attention on social media, with many users chiming in. Notably, Anushka Ranjan, who recently announced her pregnancy, also shared her discontent regarding the power situation in her area, tagging both Adani and Tata Power for their inadequate service.
