Rubina Dilaik's Journey Through Pregnancy

Now embracing motherhood with her twin daughters, Jeeva and Edhaa, Rubina Dilaik has opened up about the hurdles she faced during her pregnancy. This period required her to focus on her health and spend more time at home, leading her to discover the authenticity of her friendships. The Bigg Boss 14 champion shared insights on how her friends supported her during this transformative time, highlighting Glory star Jannat Zubair as a steadfast ally.

Insights on Friendship During Pregnancy

In a recent interview, Rubina emphasized that women often remember how they were treated during their pregnancies. She stated, "What I mean is were you available, present for your so-called friend? I realized up until then. I had so many friends, with whom I went out to party, to make Reels, to create Stories, to share fun posts. But that was the time I understood it was merely for social media appearances. The friendship was only for sundowners and evening gatherings."
Rubina's life took a significant turn when she was expecting twins, and she noticed the absence of many so-called friends during this crucial time. She remarked, "That group of people suddenly vanished because I'm not publicly available. Behind closed doors, when I'm struggling and experiencing changes, if those individuals are not present, I believe they were never my friends to begin with. It took me years to comprehend this. It required this specific phase in my life for me to realize it. And I'm grateful that I could recognize that for myself. I could filter out people, and God has been kind to provide me with a small circle of individuals whom I still cherish."

These are the individuals who reassure her that, no matter what, they are there for her. "Jannat was one of them. She continues to be one of the same," Rubina added. Their friendship blossomed while filming Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 in 2022, and they have remained close ever since. Recently, Jannat joined Rubina on her podcast to discuss her career and their special bond.

Rubina Dilaik's Upcoming Reality Show

Looking ahead, Rubina is set to return to the reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi for its 15th season. The lineup includes contestants like Gaurav Khanna, Farrhana Bhatt, Harsh Gujral, Orry, Shagun Sharma, Ruhaanika Dhawan, Avinash Mishra, Avika Gor, Jasmin Bhasin, Karan Wahi, Rithvik Dhanjani, and Vishal Aditya Singh. Rohit Shetty will reprise his role as the host, with the series set to be filmed in Cape Town, South Africa.
