Changes in Movie Release Schedule

The release of Andaz 2 has been postponed to August 8, following the delay of Ajay Devgan's Son Of Sardar 2, which has moved from July 25 to August 1.

Suneel Darshan, the director of Andaz 2, explained that the decision was influenced by the surprising success of Mohit Suri's Saiyaara, which has set high expectations for audience turnout in the coming days. This situation necessitated a reevaluation of the release schedules for upcoming films.

Darshan stated, "Due to the limited availability of screens and the programming challenges at multiplexes, we decided to shift Andaz 2 to an open week. This will allow the film, which features new talent, to establish itself similarly to its predecessor, Saiyaara."
