The producers have confirmed that a financial dispute related to the film has been amicably resolved. This announcement follows intervention from the Bombay High Court, which had raised concerns about the film's theatrical release earlier this week.

Producers' Statements

Producer Vishal Rana clarified the situation in a statement, expressing satisfaction over the internal resolution of the issues. He stated, "There were certain matters that needed attention, and I am pleased that we managed to resolve them internally. Everything is now in order, and we are moving forward with the release of 'Tu Hai Meri Kiran' on October 23 as planned. Our primary focus has always been to bring the film to the audience."

Co-producer Sarvesh Goyal also confirmed that the matter has been settled, and the entire team is now focused on the film's release preparations. He added, "There were some rumors regarding the film, but I want to clarify that the issue has been resolved amicably. The film will be released in theaters on October 23."

Background of the Court's Involvement

According to reports, the financial dispute between co-producers 'End Movie Products LLP' and 'Echelon Productions' involved a claim of ₹8.85 crores. 'End Movie' alleged that they had not received their investment back as per the co-production agreement from March 2024, and there were issues with bounced checks. Consequently, the Bombay High Court issued a temporary order on October 19 to halt the film's release.

The court instructed Echelon Productions to deposit ₹8.85 crores along with interest as security before the release. However, the producers have now stated that the dispute has been resolved through mutual agreement, allowing the film to be released on the scheduled date.
