Actor Ram Charan has traveled to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, to undergo wrist surgery following an injury sustained while filming his latest project, Peddi. The injury, described as a tear in the wrist cartilage, occurred during a demanding wrestling scene. He had delayed the surgery to fulfill promotional duties for the film. On Sunday, he was seen at Begumpet Airport in Hyderabad before departing for Coimbatore, accompanied by his father Chiranjeevi, mother Surekha, and wife Upasana Konidela. The surgery is set for July 28 at a well-known hospital, and fans have taken to social media to express their support and wish him a swift recovery.
