As reported by a media outlet, the judge cautioned Yadav, stating, “Never assume that a judge is lenient just because they are cordial.” The actor's counsel argued against the necessity of settling the dues, citing Yadav's previous imprisonment. However, Yadav expressed his willingness to pay the owed amount. The judge remarked that if Yadav was indeed prepared to settle, there was no reason for the case to persist, urging him to proceed with the payment. During the proceedings, Yadav requested 30 days to gather Rs 6 crore to resolve the issue, but the court denied this request.

The judge firmly stated, “No means no. I will reserve my judgement. No further time will be granted.” It is important to note that Rajpal Yadav is currently on bail, with the next hearing scheduled for tomorrow (April 3).
