Bhubaneswar: The Raja festival is a significant time for the Odia film industry, with filmmakers often unveiling their most awaited films during this period. This year, audiences can look forward to four major releases: Chhaki Suna, Shikar, The Millet Diary, and Diary, all set to hit theaters for Raja 2026.


Kicking off the lineup is Chhaki Suna, featuring Anubhav Mohanty in a gripping investigative thriller. The recently unveiled teaser showcases the actor delving into a complex murder case filled with secrets, lies, and shocking revelations. Directed by Manas Padhiary, this film is slated for release on June 12 and promises a thrilling quest for the truth.


Action hero Amlan Das makes a comeback with Shikar, a crime thriller produced by Moon TV Movies. Under the direction of Mrutyunjaya Sahoo, this film combines action, suspense, and courtroom drama. The teaser, which includes intense gunfights and emotional showdowns, has already sparked excitement among fans. Elina Samantray portrays a lawyer who investigates a case tied to Amlan’s character.

Lastly, Diary, directed by Susant Mani and produced by Adilaxmi Entertainment, offers a blend of love, mystery, action, and suspense. Featuring Ardhendu Sundar Sahu, Jasmine Rath, and Prangya Mishra, the film revolves around concealed secrets and unforeseen twists.
