Reason Behind Pawan Kalyan's Surgery

The surgery was necessitated by severe rotator cuff injuries in both of Pawan Kalyan's shoulders, as diagnosed by his doctors. The Jana Sena Party had previously announced that surgery was recommended, but the actor had postponed it to fulfill his political duties. This time, only the right shoulder was operated on to facilitate a smoother recovery, with the left shoulder surgery planned for approximately two months later.

The injury, which dates back to 2016, had progressively worsened due to Pawan's busy schedule filled with political activities and public engagements. The full extent of the damage was revealed during medical assessments prior to his nasal surgery earlier this year. Following the operation, the Jana Sena Party confirmed its success, with Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala leading the procedure. During the surgery, an unexpected avulsion fracture in Pawan's right shoulder was discovered, complicating the operation and extending its duration. After the surgery, he was moved to the recovery room.
