In an unexpected turn, Jackson also opened up about her first engagement, which she had kept under wraps until now. While she chose not to reveal her former fiancé's identity, she described the relationship as meaningful despite its difficulties. “The first one, I don’t know if you could count the first one. It was real to me even though we were strung out on drugs,” she shared, emphasizing the complexities of love intertwined with personal challenges.

She often found herself pondering whether staying together longer might have led to a different outcome. “There were times where I did try and end it, but there was this little voice being like, ‘But what if, however long down the line,’” she explained, capturing the internal struggles many face in relationships.

Looking ahead, Jackson expressed her desire to be more selective in her future romantic endeavors. She highlighted the importance of not settling for less, stating, “I’m not willing to overlook a bunch of things. I can be a little bit pickier.” This newfound outlook reflects her commitment to raising her standards in love, recognizing that being with a good person is not enough if the relationship lacks deeper compatibility.
