Box Office Success of Mirzapur The Movie

The film adaptation of the acclaimed streaming series, Mirzapur The Movie, is making waves at the box office, amassing a total of ₹194.38 crore by its twelfth day of release. Although the gangster thriller saw a dip in ticket sales during the midweek, it is on track to surpass the ₹200 crore mark in the near future.

This cinematic venture, a spin-off from the long-running OTT series, has enjoyed a strong theatrical presence since its launch. Analyzing Box Office Trends

Box Office Performance and Market Trajectory

Initial projections for the film were exceeded during its debut, where it garnered ₹25.75 crore, surpassing early estimates that ranged from ₹18 to ₹20 crore. The film maintained its momentum through the opening weekend, achieving a peak single-day collection of ₹36 crore on its first Sunday. However, the second week began with a solid ₹9.50 crore, but recent reports indicate a gradual decline in daily earnings.

On its twelfth day, the film recorded ₹4.18 crore, marking its lowest single-day collection since its release, following a second Monday performance of ₹5.5 crore.
