Anwesha Mishra's Remarkable Achievement

Bhawanipatna: A 13-year-old talent from Bhawanipatna, Anwesha Mishra, has made her district proud by excelling in the renowned Glam India competition.

Anwesha secured the position of second runner-up in the preteen category and also claimed the Talent Craft title. The Glam India 2026 event took place recently at a hotel in Bhubaneswar.

Organized by Ayana Routray and Jyoti Routray, the competition featured a distinguished jury that included international fashion coach Leon Prince, former Miss Odisha Digdarshini Mishra, Femina Miss Odisha KR Santoshini, and celebrated designer Jitjagjit, among others.

The event was graced by the presence of Odia film actress Shivani Sangita and acclaimed dancer Shaswata Joshi. Anwesha is the daughter of Manoj Mishra, a senior official at TPWODL in Bhawanipatna, and Amita Das. She has previously gained recognition in various fashion shows.
