Tirupur Subramaniam's Remarks on the Film's Release
Criticism from Tirupur Subramaniam
In an interview with Sri Sakthi Cinemas, Subramaniam discussed the obstacles encountered just days before 'Karuppu's' release. He remarked, “We faced significant challenges two days prior to the launch. The director should have been present to address these issues with us, but he opted to record himself crying in his car instead.” He further criticized the situation, noting that while many were receiving accolades for the film's release, it was primarily the financiers and Suriya who worked diligently to resolve last-minute financial issues.
