Kareena Kapoor's Perspective on Work Hours

Kareena emphasized that married women with children should feel empowered to communicate their available work hours clearly. She acknowledged that while plans may sometimes change, maintaining a level of flexibility and openness is crucial.

Ananya Panday Supports Deepika Padukone

However, Ananya acknowledged that it is natural for Deepika to desire more time with her child now that she is a mother.

In reference to Kareena, Ananya highlighted that Kareena has set a commendable example for women in the industry by continuing her career after becoming a mother. She believes it is entirely reasonable for actors to communicate their needs to producers and seek a balance that works for them. Ananya concluded that such discussions should be private and adaptable, with no rigid expectations on work commitments.

Deepika herself addressed this issue last year, asserting that her request was justified, noting that male stars have long been able to make similar demands without question.
